Baltic Farming companies looking for Field Workers to work in Europe

Job Description

 Minimum guaranteed salary after taxes : Salary 800 – 1200 Euro 

Job Contract : Open-ended employment contract

Accommodation : Provided for 60 EUR PM 

Duty Time : Not more than 56 hours per week.

Food: Not Provided

Health medical insurance: Provided

Vacation: Not Provided 

Requirements for the Candidates:

• Flexibility for start and finish times
• Good attitude to work
• You must be able to work outdoors and be physically fit to carry out manual handling activities and cope with long periods of standing, bending and walking
• Reliability and Hands on attitude
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Own transport essential due to location and early starts, unless you use the accommodation provided by the company

As a field worker you will have the following responsibilities:

• Undertaking husbandry work adhering to the husbandry training provided
• Picking soft fruits and adhering to the training provided
• Achieving hourly targets
• Undertaking mesh/fleece work if necessary
• Compliance with Company’s policies and legal guidelines
• Carrying out any other reasonable duties

Previous experience in similar roles would be an advantage

Remuneration:

• Hourly rate: Currently 3.50EUR to 4.50EUR (not age dependent) + bonuses
• Overtime rate: 1EUR times the basic hourly rate paid after 8h/day or 48h/week + bonuses
